Emberblood Keeper

Terms

Last updated: 9 October 2026

These are the terms between you and Crazy Raccoon Games Studio for playing Emberblood Keeper. By playing you agree to them. If you do not, please do not play.

The game

We let you play the game for your own enjoyment, not for trade. The game, its art, its words and its code stay ours. The game is played on our servers and needs a connection for most of what it does. We change it often: numbers are rebalanced, things are added and taken out, and a server may be closed with notice.

Your account

Your account lives on your device until you link an email to it. Without a linked email, a lost or reset device can mean a lost account, and we cannot bring it back. Keep your password to yourself; what is done with your account is taken as done by you. One person, one account's worth of fair play: no selling, lending or sharing accounts.

Things in the game

Gems, resources, heroes, gear and everything else in the game are part of the game. They are not money, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not your property: you hold a licence to use them in the game while it runs.

Heroes die. A hero who falls on the stair stays fallen, and what the fall cost is not given back. This is how the game is played, not a fault in it.

Purchases

Chance

Some things in the game are drawn by chance. Every chance is public: drop chances shows the same tables the server draws from. In countries that do not allow paid draws, the game does not sell them.

How to behave

We may hide a name, a picture or a message, silence a player in chat, or close an account that breaks these terms. For a serious breach we may do so without warning.

What you write and upload

Your name, your picture and your messages stay yours. You let us show them to other players in the game and keep them as long as the game needs. Do not upload what is not yours to share.

What we promise, and what we do not

We work to keep the game running and fair, but we give it as it is: it may stop, slow down or lose progress through a fault, and we cannot promise it never will. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that follow from playing or from being unable to play, and never for more than you paid us in the twelve months before. Nothing here takes away rights the law of your country gives you as a consumer.

Ending

You can stop at any time and delete your account. We may end these terms with an account that breaks them. If we close the game for good, we will say so in the game at least thirty days before.

Law

These terms follow the law of the country of Georgia. If you live in a country whose law gives consumers rights that cannot be signed away, you keep them, and you may bring a claim in your own country's courts.

Changes and contact

When these terms change, the date above changes. A change that matters is announced before it applies. Questions: support@crazyraccoongames.com. Who stands behind the studio: legal notice. How we handle what we keep about you: privacy.
