Delete an account

You can delete your Emberblood Keeper account yourself in the game, or ask us to do it. Deleting is for good: the colony, the heroes and everything bought go with it, and we cannot bring them back.

In the game

Open Settings, then Account.
Hold Delete account. If the account has an email, the game asks its password first.
An account with more than one character: hold Delete this character on each. The account goes with its last character.

Without the game

If you no longer have the game, write to support@crazyraccoongames.com with the subject Delete my account:

from the email linked to the account, or
with the account's id (it is shown in Settings, Account, and a tap copies it).

We may ask a question to be sure the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days and write back when it is done.

What is erased

The account: its email, its password, its devices' keys.
The game: the colony, the heroes, what was owned.
What others saw: the name, the profile picture, the place on the boards, the messages in chat.

What is kept, and why

Records of purchases, as long as accounting and tax law require.
Records of how the game was played, under a random id that no longer leads to anyone.
Backups made before the deletion, until they are dropped: thirty days at most.
